I am usually iffy on any non-name brand recovery items, but these things are legit. I was able to use them to pull a buddy out of a ditch when he slid off the road, and they worked like a charm. I have also seen zero issues with any of the color scratching or fading. I would definitely buy these again.

Product arrived in a timely manner securely packaged in an easy to access box, not in frustrating shrink-wrap. The shackles are almost too nice looking to use, in easy to see orange with a protective hard rubber sleeve in the bow. Rated for 28.5 tons, they are overkill for my intended usage as winch accessories for my Polaris Ranger. As the saying goes, I'd rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

I replaced some older shackles with these almost a year ago and so far, they've been great. Highly recommended.

These shackles are really robust. I loved the orange color and how they had the rubber protectors for pull straps or rope. However, I had to return these because I was a dumb A$$ and didn't realize these shackles were for 3/4 holes and mine on my side by side were much smaller. Would've 100% kept them.

I just bought a Cherokee which has an aftermarket front bumper installed. This bumper has 2 recovery points, which were empty. So I bought these. My plan is to attach them and use red loctite on the threads so they don't walk away. They look good, and I'm sure they'll perform good too. They feel very solid. Update: I traded my jeep for a truck, so I ordered 4 more of these. 2 of them arrived in perfect condition; the other 2 arrived and were chipped (the paint is coming off in places). I don't plan on returning them, because I don't think this will affect anything since they stay inside my truck.

I got a rails installed in my truck and ordered a hitch for it, it fit perfectly but unfortunately the holes were so small it was nearly impossible to get the gold hook in there. I was able to do it and managed for the last couple months but every time the truck came back and I needed to remove it, it was such a hassle and so difficult for me to get it out and back in. Finally I saw a comment about these on someone’s review (with the same hitch) and quickly purchased one. Honestly the best investment ever, it was so easy to set it up and now my driver is on the road pulling 15,000lbs worth of loads with it with no issues at all. It’s working perfectly fine so far, literally a life saver

We pulled a large maple against it's lean to fell it. It wasn't a serious lean and a more experienced forester probably would have laughed at us but we had a permanent tree stand in the likely path of the tree falling. We anchored a pulley to a nearby tree down low using this shackle and a tow strap wrapped around the tree. We put a strap on the maple up as high as we could reach with a ladder. We then placed a rope puller on another tree closer to the maple that we were cutting. We created a big triangle. These shackles are great. Side note: I forgot one by the tree where we had the puller anchored. I happened to be driving past that tree on my ATV about a week later and I saw one of these shackles laying in the grass near the tree. If it hadn't been orange I probably wouldn't have seen it and I likely wouldn't have realized I was short one shackle until the next time I want to use them.
