Excellent book. I really enjoyed this book and it helped me to let go of some resentments about the past. Very well written and I like listening to the CD. My husband has listened to it as well and often quotes this book to me, which is wonderful.

This is a great book. It is short and has great stories and tools. Yet another winner for Dr. Gerald Jampolsky. His books are great.

I've struggled for some time about the elements that define true forgiveness. The words of the author put me back on track. Looks like I was following the scent of a red herring! So appreciate getting back on the road leading to real healing.
