Do these have the pads and the plastic pieces that clip to the frames? Is it all one piece? My plastic piece broke where they hinge onto frame?

It is one unit. The pad is attached to the plastic piece.

Will these work with the Oakley Style Switch?

I have a pair of Style Switch sunglasses and lost one of the nose pads, when I got this kit, both size nose pads did not fit well so I do not recommend buying this to replace the style switch nose piece (it's much longer)...
