Excellent instructions are supplied and it is just so easy to set up.To make life even easier, the touchscreen can be angled upwards slightly. My old Brother printer needed replacing, so I purchased this as it closely resembled my old printer and that satisfied all my needs. This was easy to set up and as it had a display enabling manual set up, I used this and it worked immediately. I am impressed with the speed of printing and how quite this is. I have a chromebook and it works perfectly well with that. The only thing I am struggling with just yet is printing successfully from my mobile (android). I was able to do that with my very old Brother printer but for some reason everytime I print, it comes out with massive text! Overall, I'm impressed with this printer and depending upon your needs the price is really good. Happy to recommend.

East to set Up and use, following the clear instructions. Good print quality and nice and compact design .The printer is very noisy when in use .Overall I've found this to be a very good printer for the money.

Absolutely brilliant printer - prints from any device (via wi-fi), lovely print quality, very fast, and no-fuss double-sided printing. So much better than my old Brother, which was actually pretty good. The set-up was weird and fiddly, but, once it's done, everything just works! I could never get wi-fi to work consistantly on my old printer and double-sided printing was a right faff, but this one just does it all automatically. It's also blindingly fast and excellent quality. I wish I'd upgraded years ago!The one drawback in the cartidges - even the non-Brother ones are much more expensive than I was used to with the old printer, and a lot less easy to get hold off. Overall, though, even with more expensive carts, this is a lovely printer, very easy to use, and just does everything you want, at high speed and quality, and with no fuss. If only everything worked like this!

When my wife's old HP5520 failed to print I looked for a compact replacement and found this little Brother, which now lives quietly in a nearby cupboard. Fairly easy to set up with everything at the front - controls, paper and cartridges. Print quality etc good.Note that the power cable plugs into the left-hand side, not the back, making the overall width 44.5cm/17.5".

This thing has caused me more grief than my wife. I'm not a heavy printer user but would like to print something each month at least. The ink seems to vanish or dry up which makes me think Brother are relying more on a subscription model for ink rather than profiting on the machine itself. The actual print out was ok, nothing special. However, you can't rely on it as when I came to print, more often than not I got the printer out of ink message on either the black or one of the CMY cartridges despite never using any of either really. The final nail for me was when I sought to print - was given the out of ink message - then reached for a pre-prepared Magenta cartridge (yes, I'd gotten to that point) only for the machine not to recognise the newly inserted cartridge (despite all the clicks). I'm not stupid or naive - I know how to change an ink cartridge... Anyway, I did something I've never done before in my life. I booted it. I don't know why or what I expected. Needless to say it didn't respond. Now, after 18 months or so of buying ink and swearing at it, I'm back on Amazon looking for an alternative. I've never had a brother before and will not be entertaining them again in my lifetime.

Senza parole. Carrello inceppato da subito. Chiaramente un errore dei sensori perché non c'era niente di inceppato. Ho dovuto fare il reso perché nemmeno all'assistenza Brother sono riusciti ad aiutarmi.

Lieferdatum wie angegeben, Drucker sehr gut. Leichte Handhabung. Leider war der Auslieferzustand für UK. Netzkabel nicht passend für unsere Steckdosen, und keine Deutsche Kurzanleitung bzw. sämtliche Dokumente nur für UK ausgelegt also nur Englisch und andere Fremdsprachen. Lediglich Drucken über WLAN und Verpackungsinhalt auf deutsch beschrieben. Klar findet man auch alle Beschreibungen im Internet. Aber das mit dem Netzkabel(UK) ist schon ärgerlich. Deswegen nur 4 Sterne.
