I have been a Head Sushi Chef for more than 20 years. This product is the best to replace the bamboo matt. Easy to use (2-in-1), easy to clean (just weeps with dry towel), and last long (as far as you take care of it). As a Head Sushi Chef, I prove this message.

This type of mat was recommended to me by a friend who is a professional Sushi Chef who uses one himself. It is really easy to use and much easier to clean that a mat made of bamboo and string. If is definitely more expensive than a bamboo mat but worth it.
