If you can manage to put on regular mascara without jabbing it into your eye, you can totally handle this. All the people saying it burns must not be up to this task. Yes, the applicator is a joke. Clean off an old mascara wand, or buy some disposable ones. The under eye shields are not necessary if you are adept at applying mascara. It’s really not that hard. The first coat is black cream, so you can take your time and coat every lash and you can see what you’re doing, just like mascara. The second activator coat is clear, but it’s a gel and stays where you put it. I left it on for 5 minutes, although the directions said 1. It didn’t burn or anything at all. I wiped it off with a wet washcloth, and my eyelashes are now black instead of light brown. It doesn’t make your lashes longer or thicker, just darker, so have reasonable expectations and you’ll be pleased with the results. I just did it, so I don’t have anything to say about how long it lasts.

I’ve been using Godefroy eyelash tint for years and so, I trusted that this would be the usual quality. It is not.1. Regular dye has dye and an activator that are mixed together in a small container before application. This one requires that you coat your eyelashes with the dye, wait a minute or two, and then apply The activator. This takes longer and Aires much more effort than the traditional method.2. Doing it directly on your eye makes it more likely that you will accidentally open your eye and get dye and activator in your eye. I don’t think it’s dangerous, but it’s rather uncomfortable.3. Doing each eye separately means that one Set of eyelashes could end up darker than the other.4. The process took probably twice as long, required way more concentration, and produced a barely noticeable result.DONT BUY THIS GARBAGE!

I have used a few different semi permanent mascaras in the past. This one works well - the applicator, however, is not as sound as I would like it to be. I have my own brush. I ended up using instead. The product itself works well.

I've been looking for this Godefroy eyelash dye for 2 years. It's now been rebranded as "sport mascara." Don't waste your money on anything else! Brown is actually a brown-black and this only takes about 15 minutes. Use a small brush and dye twice in the same session. Blonde lashes are now noticeable and makes a huge difference in appearance!

I purchased this product before. For some reason they change quality is not the same

I naturally have long eyelashes but they are only half black. So I wanted to see if I can tint the ends. I did NOT follow their instructions and it worked. I held the solutions for much longer like 10-15 minutes and I used a clean mascara brush to put it on my eyelashes.. I did it pretty much like I would when using mascara. A side note.. I also use fixation gel for my brows and eyelashes to make them look more defined. It looks great. I’ll stop using mascara after this. Fingers closed the tint will last for a few weeks at least.

Doesn’t last long, certainly not a month. Maybe 2 days at best.

This stuff is awesome. I've been using it for years since I have blonde eyelashes. It makes me feel lik I don't have to wear Mascara every single day. Love it!
