Q: How do I unfold this scooter? The picture in the manual is pretty useless, no instruction at all. It’s ‘stuck’

Do not buy . It was hard for me to open and it broke as I opened it . Listen to the others reviews and skip this item .

Q: How do I lock this scooter in the upright position? The handlebar folds down really easily even while it’s being used. Is it possible to lock it?

The handle bar needs top be pulled up until it clicks into place. If it doesn't click into place I would return it. The handle bar works really hard at first.

Q: How to lock the handle bar? Keeps falling down while riding.

Its not locking for us as well may be a defect in product itself

Q: Why am I not able to raise the handle? It's very stiff and almost one week now my baby can't still use. So unfortunate.

It is really hard to pull up the release, but I was finally able to do it. Good luck I think it will get better with use.
