Excellent quality for the money and suits me down to the ground for model and electronic builds

This is a very useful addition to my worktop and just the right size. You can't check the ESD properties of mats like this with just a DMM at low voltage. I checked it with a proper insulation tester at 500 volts and it measured 40M ohms from edge to edge and about 11M ohms between clips about one inch apart.

Bought this when building a new PC earlier in the month. Good quality, works well. I like the little compartments at the top of the mat for keeping your screws and hardware organized. Only quibble is that it is slightly small for the average PC build. This size mat is perfect for smaller electrical repairs/upgrades. I would purchase a larger mat for future PC builds.

This mat fails simple connectivity test and therefore will not protect your equipment from static electricity discharge

I have returned as it arrived without the grounding / antistatic wrist strap.
