How many beer cans do you think this can hold? Asking for a friend...

If it is your standard sized can of beer then I think it is safe to say you can carry 7-8 cans in the main pocket. You can carry a dozen easily in the larger pocket, assuming you are not going to fill the bladder and additional two in the side pockets. So it is up to you how you want to carry those beers.

Says this takes 1 to 2 months to ship. Is this a typo?

I ordered mine on 4/22/16 and as of 5/18 it has yet to ship. I didn't see anywhere where it said it would take 1 to 2 months to ship, and I have contacted amazon customer service twice to find out what is going on and both times they said they didn't know and then let me know what the current expected delivery date water at that time.

How wide is its main compartment's mouth? Will it fit a 10-inch-wide laptop (15" Macbook Pro w/ Retina)? Thanks!

Hello Mark P.! Yes, a 10-inch-wide laptop will fit... but not a 15'' Mac :( in fact I carry my 13'' laptop and it fits, but I don't think it will work for the 15". Hope it helps!

Can the 2L Hydration bladder be upgraded to a 3L hydration bladder?

I have a Gregory 3L bladder and it fits well in this bag. However, when the bladder is filled up, it pushes the back padding against your back quite a bit, and makes it very uncomfortable. after a while, my back started aching. It might be just me with back issues, but I would recommend that you buy it and give it a try.
