I was a little leery about this, being an off brand, but I wanted to have these everywhere convenient. So I took a chance. Glad I did. No difference between this and my overpriced prescription one. Used for adult, fits fine.

Making sure you get the right dosage
I could tell that using the extension with a mask was giving me more of a guarantee that I was getting the right amount from my inhaler. Without the mask I don't believe I was.

A bit expensive but great
Caution! This is great because it fits over your whole mouth and nose and seals beautifully, but if you are using a normal inhaler as I am, don't breath albuterol he through your nose. You'll only ever do that once, though. Otherwise, this is the most effective spacer I've ever had. I'm so GLAD I lost the free one I got with a prescription and had to find one. I love it. My asthma's been acting up and it is such a pleasure to get more medication where it is supposed to go: my lungs, not my mouth. Bonus: It's purple.

Adult mask is big enough for horse one nostril
I bought this to try for administering an inhaler to my horse, as a cheaper alternative to the $100 one designed for a horse (and which only goes on one nostril). This doesn't have as big a barrel or as big a valve, but works just fine in a pinch.

Where Are the Directions/How to Use?
I bought this on a friend's recommendation. Just received it and there are no directions in the package. I'm new to this asthma thing so having specific directions, even a website to go to would have been helpful.

It works great!
I dont know why I waited so long to buy one. It is soooo much more effective. Normally I would need a few puffs from my inhaler, now it only takes one, and its significantly faster.

This spacer is the best!! I love the two different sizes of face masks. These are so much nicer than the RX ones and more affordable even with insurance.
