I love the fact that these are Chewable! Great value for money! Update: Note: ( I ususally get cold and flu lot, especially every flu season ) I've been taking these for over 6 months- while taking these, I never had any flu-like symptoms. I stopped taking these 3 months ago, (beginning of April was flu season in my location) and I had the flu for a week and wasn't getting better, so I got some more of this same exact Vitamin, and in the flu was gone in 4 days. In regards to taste: My niece (8yr- she only got half of 1 tablet) but she spit it out and refused to eat it because she didn't like the taste at all (but she loves sour worms candy). My mom (59yr) said the favor is too strong (meaning: does not taste good), hence hard for her to consume. However, Mom took these when she had the flu and started to feel a liitle bit more better in the first 2 days. So, regardless of the taste, it is effective and helpful. I, on the other hand, have no issue with the taste. Taste okay, great, good enough to consume with no issue 😋 (note: during my childhood days, I had to chew fish oil softgel💊 like bubble gum- Fish Oil is great for kids, helps with weight gain, flu and more, but the taste was awful, until I got use to it over time) Like if this update helped ♡

I like to take Vitamin C daily, but I have a difficult time swallowing the uncoated tablets. I like the taste of this product and they are easy to eat along with breakfast. They have a very tart lemon taste, which I like. I will be purchasing on a regular basis,

I can't really say that these do anything because I can't tell an increase in energy level or better all good feeling, but I guess I can say that several people in my office have gotten sick and somehow I have avoided it. Could be this or maybe I wash my hands more frequently. I don't know, but if this is an ounce of prevention, its an easy one to take. I do like the flavor of these and it sounds weird, but I take it at night and its almost like an candy, just leaves a nice flavor in the mouth when I go to bed. I know I'll keep getting these because I set them up on auto delivery. That should account for something

Good, and good tasting

There are always good health benefits from vitamin C. Flavor is good since it is chewable. Absorbs quickly. Good value for the money.
