I work in the security industry and when I was promoted to Sergeant with my current company I was allowed to buy collar ranks. I picked these up after having bad experiences with other brands that were around the same price point. When they came in I was pleasantly surprised at what I got. These are extremely sturdy, and they don't look or feel cheap. They are a little on the heavy side and not as Matte Black as military regulation rank pins, though, for my use, it's not really a big issue.I would definitely buy these again and I highly recommend them if you're looking for a good, yet inexpensive, set of chevrons.

These are good, but the posts bend fairly easy. Be careful. They are a good price though, so I can’t complain too much.
