This paste is absolutely the best, great for grilling, mixing with coconut milk, putting on chicken… It’s delicious and you won’t be disappointed.

Beware purchasing from this seller. I just received their Ginger Paste on August 23, 2024 & after opening it I noticed it expired on April 2024. I spent $10 on this stuff too! I’m still going to use it as it looks fine & smells good but they obviously don’t care about disregarding old products & continue to sell them. I’m very disappointed.

Amazon agrees that Expired Products are okay!! So, buy from this vendor for the finest in expired food products!

It arrived well on tact. The quality is very good.

This mix makes delicious Biryani however the label doesn’t warn of large hard seeds and pieces of a hard bark like spice. If you use it strain it to get rid of the seeds, and bark.

I was really disappointed with how strong the vinegar flavor was in this ginger garlic paste. It was strong enough that it overwhelmed the flavor of the ginger and some more of the garlic in most dishes I tried to cook. I think if the dish you were making already calls for vinegar to be added to it, then this would probably work, but the things I was trying to make did not call for vinegar and so it added much more of a tangy flavor than I intended to.

Use this everyday in tea. Ordering it a second time.
