Tastes great and does the job. Gives you that energy boost you need before a tough workout. The price is very fair as well.

Works for me.
This stuff works. I am a 54 year old male that works in a packaging facility. I used to hit rock bottom halfway through my workday until I found this stuff. It gives me that extra umph when needed. I only use one scoop instead of the recommended 2 and I can feel it kick in. The hardest thing about using this product is choosing your flavors.

Tastes good, benefits me? not sure.
I am not a water drinker, which is pretty bad when you're on a diet. This keeps me drinking "something akin to water that's may or may not help my workouts". I will attest highly to the taste. I cannot say that aminos are actually going to improve your workouts or recovery or that this one is superior to others. But it certainly does not hurt, and keeps me taking in liquids all day.

I don't like the flavor as much as fruit punch
I don't like the flavor as much as fruit punch. Not as much kick (the taste) so if fruit punch is too strong of a taste, then you might like this. Love the product as a whole, great energy. I use it as a replacement for coffee/soda in the AM, and then before working out in the PM.

Tastes great but leaves residue in shaker & water bottle
I will stick with my GNC Xtend. This tastes good but leaves a residue in my shaker and my water bottle. I have to keep mixing it to get it to not get gummy.

Sustained energy
Love the orange flavor. This is by far the best energy supplement, for a more sustained increase in energy and alertness. No sudden crash an hour later.

Smooth Energy
Bought to replace a "morning coffee" or energy drink. Provides good smooth energy, also helps prevent general soreness from exercise. I workout and then go to Brazilian jiu jitsu after and this stuff helps keep me going.
