Authentic 24 Month Prosciutto di Parma DOP by Tanara - Whole Leg (15 pound)

I buy this type of product often but this one was poor quality

I have never seen an orders so well packaged in a box inside a foam chest with about 10 still frozen gel packages. Fantastic job.Now for the bad news, nowhere is the labeling shown in the ad present on the Ham.Nothing about de parma or DOPJust arrived so untasted to this point, but it looks sooooo good.Later: ok ham correctly identified on the leg itself.Now for the really good news.Fantastic product I have had prosciutto straight off of the “hanging” leg s as nd none were better than this product. I do so strongly this prosciutto for taste, overall product quality and value (meat to fat ratio).Will definitely will purchase again.

If you are Italian you just got to have it. If you are not italian and you tasted only "ham" (in italian prosciutto) this is a must in your food education :-)This Item is not cheap but is worth the price and is as Authentitic as it can getShipping was fast and less expensive then other store. I will definetely will buy this item.Suggestion: Make sure to have a good carving knife or a slicer since you need to make sure that the slices are really thin
