KOHLERT37391-2MB PureFlo™ Rotary-turn bath drain trim

This "open box" item was in near perfect condition...at about 1/10 the cost of new retail. My questions were answered almost immediately and pictures provided. Will post pictures after it has been installed in new tub, in new house. Excellent all around.

It’s an orginal product from Kohler. New issues easy to install. Just had to adjust the screw at the bottom of the tub stopper to adjust for the rotation of the open close valve.

Very nice. Heavy duty. Works well in my newly remodeled bathroom.

Beautiful but did not fit. This doesn’t work on standard overflow drains. It only fits on Kohler plumbing fixtures.

Looks great but does not work great, water drains slowly when it suppose to seal?

This was not a user friendly product for install and the plumber said it was not compatible for my bathtub setup. I spent $100 on this item but now can't return it just because its a few days past 30 day return policy. Can't believe there would not be an exception while there are so many delays in home renovation these days that everything is on back-order and taking longer than expected wait times. As the customer are supposed to be patient to receive our products and yet Amazon won't work with me past 30 days to return after all of my purchases?

Product was missing parts needed to complete install. However, now I have a half installed overflow trim and need to go find the odd missing parts that should have come with the other pieces.Make sure you check all parts are there before installing.
