Google's branded charger would only charge slowly or not at all, sometimes leaving a mostly uncharged phone in the morning. The Mophie charger is very forgiving. I haven't seen that it won't charge if I'm anywhere close to putting the phone where its supposed to go. Charges through Spigen "tough" cases, which is good. I bought a second charger and put the Spigen case back on my semi-retired previous unlocked phone. Old phone looks good sitting next to the Samsung s23 ultra.

I have had one of these chargers for about 2 years now and have recently bought a second for my work desk. They are great, they charge reasonably quick and have never failed me. They will charge through some of the thickest cases (Magsafe of course) and plain plastic cases on the market in MY experience. I have never tried metal cases which im pretty sure is not a good idea anyhow due to the heat it may produce. Definetly a great product.

Should have investigated a bit more before purchasing - this item is not compatible with iPhone 12 Pro or 12 mini if they have any type of case on them. Have tried a number of different cases from heavy to extremely thin with no success. Seems to work if cases are removed, but what's the point of having a wireless charger if you can't just drop the phone on as-is. Ironically our el-cheapo $16 Nanami chargers work with both phones with any case attached. They are lower power but they work and the Mophie that costs 3 times as much doesn't.

The ONLY one to buy. Definitely pricey but I tried cheaper ones and they did not work with my case on it. I have two in my home.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: does what it says on the tin, but it’s light and plasticy, will move around when you set down/pick up your phone. that, and the fabric surface is definitely a Decision
