Pretty sure they filled the original bottle with cheap conditioner
I'm very upset with this product. I order this all this time, I purchase it in store mostly so I am familiar with how it smells, the consistency, what it does for my hair. This time it feels like someone filled an empty bottle with some cheap conditioner and charged me for it. I tried it multiple times and finally threw out the bottles yesterday. I won't trust ordering it online again.

It is not real product. Container is real but product was substituted for something else. Not same smell, consistency of real product. Fraud.

Formula changed?
I noticed the color, scent and feel of this conditioner has changed. It leaves my hair dry & brittle. Where could i find the original? Maybe it is only this batch (LOT14319LYA).
