I used this in a mango habanero mead and it worked great! I was a little concerned about the salt content affecting the yeast but it did not. I ended up with a great batch of mead.

Not even close to being orange. More like an off brown muddy water that’s been sitting in a puddle. Not even close to being a purée more like a salty vinegar attempt at a hot sauce that’s not really packing any heat what so ever. Won’t be wasting my money on this again.

It doesn't quite have the delicious taste of fresh habenero. I guess I'll have to keep making my own habenero condiment with fresh ones.

This is not a purée. It’s dry pepper mixed with a little vinegar. And it tastes awful. Enough said. And it is not eligible for returns.
