I ordered these in October, tried them on, they didn’t fit. Sent the back early November, waited months for a refund which was never sent. Called Amazon Customer Service and they told me there’s nothing they can do so now I’m just out almost $200. definitely do not order these

These boots are seriously beautiful! Nice color, soft faux suede material & they seem well made. However... I do have to return them - and here's why:1) They hurt my feet. The inner soles are so hard and have no cushion. I couldn't even wear around the house for a minute before my feet hurt. Perhaps some padded insoles could resolve this issue.2) They are sooo long! They come up mid-thigh on me and I'm not even short (5'6"). I tried them on with a couple mini skirts and they came up above the bottom of the skirt which just looked awkward.3) They didn't stay up. Walking around the house for only a couple of minutes and they were already falling/slouching. They don't look bad with a little slouch but the feeling of needing to constantly pull them up isn't ideal for me.

It was way too loose. The thigh part fits good but so loose on calf area so it looked weird, not worth the price i had to get a refund.

Very disappointed cannot connect with the Seller for a return- Convenient Error's in communication. I haven't even finished out the day and the Heel is falling off.

Beauiful boots however they run a full size small - at least the darker brown color do. The fit the leg beautifully
