The information in the book is good, solid reference and reminder for consultants and executive coaches.I am disappointed in the poor quality of the proofreading and copy editing. It reads like a self-published and possibly self-edited book. Dr. Weiss has so many other published books that are professionally done that I was surprised at the repeated faux pas in this slim volume. The publisher's website looks like it's a contract for hire operation, which I have no problem with per se. However, I can't believe the authors decided to skip the copy editing step outlined on the publisher's web site. Maybe they just had a quick editing job that wasn't subsequently checked.Ignore the poor copy editing and focus on the book's content.
