These things saved my life! Not literally, but they made recovery by using their very well made ice packs convenient to use all day for weeks. The underwear themselves are very comfortable too! This is a must have for recovering from a vasectomy! They fit tight to size but probably by design! Awesome product!

I’m gonna leave a 5 star because it is the best thing I could find on the market to help me after having a vasectomy. However I think there needs to be improvement on where the ice pack or ice packs should go. Having a big pouch in front is great and all, but it freezer my Johnson more than my balls. I had to a-range my self in a somewhat uncomfortable way to ice only my balls. I think u should re-design a pocket or pockets for the ice packs to go to avoid the main package as much as possible. Maybe even change the shape of the ice pack. I saw a few reviews of people saying the ice packs break easily. That is not true at all. They are very good ice packs if u use common sense with them I see them lasting a long time. In the end having this product to help ice after surgery is better than any other alternatives I tried. So even if it stays the same I highly recommend it. Thank u for supporting my 🏀⚽️’s in a much needed time! 👍🏻

Pricey but very comfortable and high quality feeling, especially the ice packs. The ice packs are gel and freeze quickly and last a while before needing to swap them out. It also helps that it is easy to slide the ice packs in and out of the pouch of the boxer briefs. It felt true to size and I will probably end up wearing them as normal underwear after my recovery is over

I bought these and the jockstrap version because I wasn't sure sure which I'd like better, and ive never worn a jock, but i liked the jock version better. I wear boxer briefs daily so thought I'd like this version of Undeez better, but the boxer brief version has a horizontal seam right across the area that you just had stitched and made it uncomfortable, so the jock version worked better for me. Sizing worked ok, I bought a medium as I'm ~32in waist and they fit great, more snug than regular boxer briefs (which you want), great ice pack pocket positioning. The 2 ice packs was great, but I was glad to have a total of 4 (since 2 also came with the Undeez jock version i also bought). I spent the weekend trying to stay as horizontal a spossible or legs raised (Dr recommendation) and iced basically 30mins on 30 off, rotating through 4 ice packs for the first 2 days and kept from any serious swelling/bruising, and was good to go after. I did keep wearing the jock version for the rest of the week for extra support just without the icepacks. The ice packs don't last real long, but also is useful that stay slightly flexible/moldable, you can sort of cup them into position. These 100% helped ensure a quick recovery, and saved from having to rotate through crushed ice in a baggie or struggling with correct placement with a bag of frozen corn/peas. Do it, consider a couple extra ice packs.

I bought and used these 3 years ago. They worked fantastically, super comfortable and the ice pack stayed in place. These ice packs, though. Best soft ice packs ever! My wife has gotten more use out of them than I ever did.

Husband picked these out for his vasectomy recovery. He loved them! Said they worked great, made keeping everything iced super easy and convenient. With the two ice packs they were perfect to swap out and keep ice on it. Underwear are comfortable enough he has continued to wear them as part of his regular rotation. Ice packs are solid quality and we kept them for regular use. Overall good value

They are a must have for anyone preparing to have a vasectomy. These underwear are very comfortable and supportive which is one of the things the doctors recommend. They also have a pocket to hold 1 of the 2 included ice packs. This means you don’t have to hold a bag or ice while walking around. While using 1 ice pack you can have the other in the freezer ready to go, once the current on is not longer cold enough you just swap them out. This was a big help in recovery.

They’re comfortable and supportive, but they got a run in the fabric within an hour of wearing them. The underwear is barely more than disposable. The ice packs are high quality, but the pocket placement could go a little lower. Overall they’re not bad, but about double the cost they should be since the actual boxers won’t last more than a few days.
