9' x 9' Dry Top Black Drawstring 8-mil Poly Tarp Item #500998

I used this for a cover for an outdoor rolling cooler. (About the size of a normal grill). The string is a little difficult to pull closed. That was the only complaint. Worth the few dollars I spent.

These tarps are pretty durable and I especially love the draw string. I use them to cover a large patio table and a large table saw that my husband keeps outside here in CA. The draw string keeps the wind from blowing it off as well as keeping the rain out when ever it rains here.

I thought the size, durability and price point were all above average.

The suggested uses led me to think that this tarp has a flap that is tightened with the drawstring, so it could grip something like a pool or sandbox as a cover. But there is no flap, so I don't know what good the drawstring is supposed to do. You definitely cannot use this to tighten around a surface with a lip below it. The drawstring can be accessed from the four corners but you would need four points to catch on these corners in order to use it.

Was looking for patio table cover 64"X64"X2". All I could find was custom-made ones starting at $70. Took a chance on this thinking it may be a bit too large, but it fit perfectly and it had a drawstring to snug it tight. It'd be nice if it came in brown, but it is not significantly noticeable.

Standard tarp, it's nice that there is a rope going on the outside that can be used to tie it down.The only negative is that on the corners, there are a few inches the tarp doesn't cover, so it isn't a perfect square, as all of the corners are very rounded, so it you want to cover the corners, you will need something else.

I piled some cut vines and small branches on it and dragged about 100 feet, downhill, to the brush pile. The load wasn't very heavy. It wore through and tore in several places on this first use. I'm returning it.

I can keep bugs and leaves out of the water and it helps warm up the water slightly faster. Seems very durable. Very happy with this purchase.

As per another review, the idea of this is great and the size was spot on however the material is not durable. One night in the rain and it has a big hole in it.

The thickness of this tarp was disappointing. We will see how it stands up to the weather.

The built-in drawstring cord is very useful when covering a pile of firewood etc. It's advertised as "heavy duty" but I doubt it will last more than a few years in Canadian climate. I'd prefer a rectangular shape which doesn't seem to be available.
