GET IT!
I was looking for something simple to help with the occasional spiders and insects that find their way indoors, and this MaxGuard Mini has worked surprisingly well. It’s compact enough to place in areas where bugs tend to show up without taking up much space or being an eyesore. What I like most is that it’s a set it and forget it solution. After placing it in a problem area, I noticed a reduction in the number of insects I was seeing around the house. It’s easy to use, requires very little maintenance, and gives me extra peace of mind. If you’re tired of dealing with unwanted bugs and want a convenient option that works quietly in the background, I’d definitely recommend giving this a try.

How long do they last?
Works good so far. I’ve gotten a few spiders. Not sure how long they last. They do present a sticky surface which may decrease in value as more lint and particles get on them.

Good value. Hopefully will help more in the spring time
Haven't caught anything but I think that's maybe bcuz it's colder out. So I'm interested how well they will work come spring and summer time. Also seems to not attract those damn shield bugs, and they are my main problem here in MI. But I bought cuz I found a few brown recluse in my rooms....

Buy them with zero regret!
These sticky traps work very well! I have purchased this particular trap 3 different times now. Tried to move to a new trap and they did not hold a candle to these ones! Will keep purchasing again and again during high peak bug season!

A qualified flop
Before I write this, I’ll say that everyone has their own experiences with products. Here are mine. I live in SoCal, and this year we have had a bevy of big, dangerous looking spiders webbing it up in the yard. Rather than paying for an expensive pest service, I decided to try trapping them myself. I found the traps easy to assemble and disperse across the yard. I placed them near corners where gnarly spiders seem to hide. Over the span of 3 days, I caught a roach, a big beetle that attracted a swarm of ants, and about 5 rolly polies (poor guys). No spiders tho. However, I saw plenty of spiders during that time including a huge wolf spider about as long as a finger. So, my take is that these traps catch bugs, just not spiders. Spiders seem indifferent to them. Perhaps I’m somehow doing this wrong, but from what I can see, the spiders don’t get attracted to the bait in these traps.

Not a single spider caught… the right way
These traps do not catch the spiders I needed them to. When I had the traps sitting around for a couple of days I noticed there were no spiders in them. That’s when I guided a spider to walk into the trap and watched as it walked from one side of the STICKY part to the other without any struggle. I watched this happen with daddy long leg type spiders, ones with thicker legs, and many babies. Then I started just using the traps like a sticky hand (which led me to accidentally ripping paint off my wall so you’d THINK spiders would stick) At first I thought I was onto something until roughly three hours after sticking a spider to the trap, I noticed it got away. So they don’t even work when you get the sticky part to attach to a majority of their body! Now I’m still using the traps like a sticky hand but making sure to smoosh them with the paper that rests on the trap before you set it up. Point is, these don’t work for small spiders. I’m lucky that I’m not dealing with very large ones, BUT I wouldn’t know if they work for those. I’m very doubtful tho. Unless you want to continue to catch spiders yourself but in a whole new sticky way, just save your money.

Catchers the bad guys!
I am overwhelmed with what these traps caught in my home. I started to put out new traps, but then I read the instructions and it said to leave the old ones out that it will act as an attractive that they can last up to six months.
