Q: how far above the rod and how far below the rod does the 18" valance hang?

I know this is an old question, but in case anybody else is wondering, there is about a 2" ruffle above the rod, so that would leave approx. 16" below the rod.

it is not lined.....back is the same as the front.....I like them ...they were just what I needed
