This product is great. I thought it was going to be hard to put together but it was so easy. Everything just popped together and it was completely together in 15 minutes. If you are a large person with wide hips the arms may be a little close for you. We are using it for after surgery assistance so we don’t have to go up and down stairs. We were very pleasantly surprised with this product.

This bedside commode is extremely easy to set up. It is sturdy beyond expectations, which is vital since the person who will be using it weights just over 400 pounds. It is rated to withstand 660 pounds, and I believe it would. It is easy to use; easy to dispose of contents. There is no humiliation for the person needing to use it. Overall, I would give it a 10+ rating.

Mom said it was like a throne! LOL, it was compact but comfortable. The material made it easy to clean. Fit perfectly in a small area. Mom is about 4'11 and weighs about 99 lbs. This worked well for us.

Very dissatisfied with this product for the money , it was not sturdy, the padding on the seat would not clean up when it got dirty.

This product has cheap plastic quality and its price is quite expensive compared to its quality. Moreover, there is no instruction in English! Only instruction in Chinese language is found in package. However, there is a good thing is customer service staff ; they responded quickly to my question. They also adjust the price and refund me the difference. kudo to their customer service. Hopefully, my Mom can use it.

I bought this for my 97 year old grandmother who was getting pinched by the regular type chair potty seat. This one is great! Lightweight but very stable!

This is the second bedside commode we have purchased. This one is made of plastic and it really feels like it. It easily wobbles when you are trying to get into it, and you would never trust it to brace yourself. The potty bowl is designed in a way that it tips forward and if you are not careful, it will spill everything on the floor. For the same money, we could have purchased another excellent Medline commode, but we wanted something in white. It was a bad trade off.

The distance between the arms on this bedside chair is very small. Not made for larger women or men and is not as study as I expected.
