Excellent so far!
2 week trip to Italy and other places. Batteries worked well and long lasting. It survived the cobble stone sidewalks of Rome. We bought the Travel case and no damage from multiple Flights and Trains. Having the scooter out all day in the various cities, only had to change batteries once (after being out 12 hours +. We were surprised how well it did! We bought this for my elderly mother for a 2 week trip to Italy and other European Cities. The trip would not have been possible without this scooter. Folds up nice and small but you are able to use the Steering handle to pull it like luggage. I highly recommend this. However, it still is 55-60lbs when folded, so to put it in a car etc, it still takes someone that can lift it.

Useless electric cart
UPS SAYS ON YOUR DOCK 7 Feb 2023 at 10:21AM! I returned this cart over a week ago and still no refund! Does not work on slick hotel/ motel floors. Hangs up on elevators door crossings, and/or every discontinuity in surfaces. Any incline up is a struggle and there’s no place to push and help. MOST inclines take speed 6 full steam ahead to even attempt. Slows and struggles on carpeted floors. Wheel base length longer than pride scooters which makes it very difficult to turn in other than wide open spaces. Never used on a 15 day cruise because of the lack of utility. Poor utility and too expensive. As an Engineer I appreciate the engineering but this is not a practical scooter. By the way, does not fit in the overhead as advertised. Even broken down into two parts takes up two full overheads. Pissed off a lot of people in the process- and we were in first class! Still waiting for my refund!

So Far So Good
Just purchased this scooter last week to help me get around with my back pains. See even though I am a decent size guy I have an old back injury that has plagued me for years. Everyone says well loose weight and it will go away. That did not happen. I have been looking around for something like this portable that I can use to get around on a decent price. I see there is a learning curve with it but I am getting better. I also go to Vegas every year for a convention and before I leave I have to make sure I am downstairs by 6pm to return the scooter I was renting and then deal with the back pain the rest of the night and hope I can get downstairs in time the next day to get to the airport. With having my own scooter now I still have a way to get around till I have to be at the airport. Some people do get addicted to these things and stop trying to walk at all but I plan on still walking much as i can to push myself to not be addicted. If there are any changes i will post an update

The best feature is it can be divided for easy loading.
I really like it but find it's heavy for me to unfold it. After charging it 5 hrs., it would not turn on. No scooter stores here want to help me because (the seat portion) they do not carry it. I phoned the number in the pamphlet Manual' the ph rings and then a click!? Update: an Tube video points out you need to insert fuse. Duh. It came in a tiny envelope. And now it works beautifully

Not worth the high price
It’s much bigger and heavier than the pictures trying to depict. The airplane luggage picture is especially misleading. There’s no way a handicapped person can lift this up above head, not to mention the airline would ever allow this monstrosity as a carry on. The booklets never mention it but you have to put a fuse into the battery for it to start operating. Then the fuse came with mine was burnt already which gave no confidence at all. Let’s see how long it would last. Just had an unpleasant conversation with “Tina” at movinglife, they refuse to honor the 3 months Warrenty, that was on the tag strapped on the scooter! She says it’s for purchase from their website only!

It's Great! But support is... ?
We love this thing. Battery lasts all day, it fits in the overhead bin, and it's comfortable and fairly maneuverable. We've done airports and museums and parks with ease. BUT - a little part broke off the first time we used it. The metal button that releases the front wheel just snapped off. Odd, but not the end of the world. Except... Well, there's no support. The phone numbers in the manual are disconnected, and an 800 number I found online goes to a guy who answers the phone "hello" and seems confused. He gave me his personal number so I could send him pics of the broken part, and then... nothing. I may have to actually send this back to get this very small part replaced. If there's a more serious issue, I don't know what to do. And it's not as though this is in inexpensive purchase... 5 stars for the scooter, 1 star for support = 3 stars.

Perfect!
10 out of 10! Would always buy again. Some instability on slopes as described in the manual. But its a three wheeler only and if you watch those circumstances you can avoid the risk of falling to the site. Surprisingly quick charging battery. Some noise from the motor (sadly not like a ferrari) but thats not too bad. We travel north america in a small Ford Transit and yes, there was space to store this little folded package. My wife is walking handicaped but the Atto is meanwhile also being used as a „transporter“ for water, portable toilet to dump and e.g. firewood or ice!!! Would always buy again!

Nice but not for the elderly living alone.
I love the looks and it is easy to move around in it. However, if you are elderly (I am 84) the Atto is hard to unfold/fold and put into a car without help. Also, it could use a basket or similar device for transporting stuff.

I took my ATTO on a trip by plane and it was fantastic for getting around the airports and moving in a hurry between gates on a transfer. It is easy to maneuver, stable, quick to set up and break down and can match my friends walking pace easily. Highly recommend!

Love my scooter for its aid in getting me around but I do want to protect some from making the choice to buy this for the wrong reasons. (1) It does not fit well in overhead storage on planes therefore most airlines won’t allow it to come with you to your seat as shown on diagram. You will need to leave it with the strollers and wait time can be up to an hour. (2) It is not lightweight. If you are disabled I assume you aren’t as strong as you’d like and this scooter is HEAVY. You can’t do it alone and I’m constantly asking people for help.
