While I tend to prefer the sublingual method of taking B12, I am happy to give these vitamins a chance. I've been able to swallow them easily, and I haven't had any issues.

I liked these from the getgo. A nice, dark bottle that is easy to open, and they smell like good additives for my body. They are rather large, so plenty of water or liquid is definitely needed to swallow.I have polyneuropathy and as I cannot take any meds others normally do, I have to take B12 and other Bs. I think after 3 days I did feel a little boost from them. Perhaps because I wanted to...but I have been on B12 for centuries now and usually can tell if a new product is just crud. I don't think these are crud but the labeling is about as bleak as could be. The most nondescriptive product I have. That's not to say it's not quality but I do expect more info as to what makes it vegan, though that honestly doesn't interest me because I am not vegan. You, on the other hand, may be and may already be an expert on these but not everyone is. People do love a good abel. I just think it should say so for the pickier folk. Methylcobalamin is vegan or natural in the sense that it is naturally found in the body, and so is adenosylcobalamin, another form of B12. No, not an expert but do my homework. Methylcobalamin can come from supplementation as well as some vegan food sources like nutritional yeast. But it doesn't really say a thing about what makes it vegan and not everyone on earth would know that. Don't you want as much info as possible on anything you ingest? I do.I do look forward to the benefits of this product as claimed as I have noted benefits from others before. In the end, here at the beginning, I did feel like I had gotten back on my B12 in just a few days after having only had them in men's multivitamins. That's a good thing. I would recommend trying them. I am one of those picky people and there's nothing wrong with that. I bought them, I believe in them, and say they are worth giving a whirl!

this arrived with a non-adhered safety seal, and is not returnable. These are good vitamins, but Amazon won't to a replacement or refund.

This is a good quality B12 product. I think it is working well. It is hard for me to tell sometimes, and I just take them intermittently. They are easy to swallow and are not too large. I have intolerances to some things added to supplements, but I have had no issues with this brand. It arrived in a nice thick glass bottle with a protectant around it to avoid damage during shipping. I would get this brand again.

I like the glass jar and metal lid, there is a safety seal underneath. Only has a slight smell and has no after taste. For almost $30 a bottle, I do like that this is a 4 month supply, so you won't run out quickly. Do I think the vitamins help? I honestly have no clue, but I like that these are vegan, gluten free and good for my body.

This product seems to be good, and the capsules are very easy to swallow, the only problem is that it tastes a little bit rancid, I after taking it I have noticed a rancid flavor when I burped and I went ahead and took a capsule out of the bottle and open it and I smelled the content and in fact smelled rancid, I'm assuming is because of the rice flour it contains that is used as a filler.I'm not sure how to rate this product, I don't know if is a bad batch what I've got or if this product is like that.
