My husband was easily catching colds which then would turn into bronchitis. A friend with the same problem recommended these specific vitamins two winters ago and he hasn't been sick with more than a mild cold since (Knock on wood?). He takes one of each in the morning and one of each in the evening. He swears his immunity system is much stronger and I believe it. He doesn't catch a cold every time we see one of our grandkids. The pills are pretty big but he doesn't have a problem swallowing them. For him, they have been worth the price.
