Q: Is this a cream cleanser?

It is a hot cloth cleanser. And yes it is a cream but you wash it off in hot running Eaton wit the Muslim cloth provided in the packaging. I have used this cleanser for a couple of y now and find it to be comparable with Liz Earle product which I find too expensive to buy. This is very competitively priced and one of the best cleansers around .

Q: Would the skincare range be suitable for teenager with oily/combination skin

I don't see why not. But as I only bought the cleanser and cloth, I can't answer for the whole range.

Q: I love that this skin care has the whole routine in a bundle- i take my skincare very seriously. however, does the day cream have any spf?

If you're serious about sun protection, always use a separate one that has both UVA/UVB built into it.

Not sure about Eczema but it is my favourite hot cloth cleanser. Creamy very good value compared to high st chemist brands. I use it to double cleanse every evening & it removes all makeup/mascara etc. I prefer using a skin shammy (SBC) rather than muslin cloth as kinder. Prefer a face wash in the morning.
