where are these made and what does the packaging look like?

I am not sure where it was made but it comes well packaged and you will have to assemble which is pretty easy. I sent my purchase back because the color was off and it was way too small.

Does this look blue or lavender in person?

It's a very elegant, see green blue

How do you assemble? No directions

I do not recommend. I ordered 2 different ones and the parts would not fit on the plates.
