I paid to rush my delivery because I got sick of waking up with my joints swollen and achy. I do spin classes often. I am physically active and work on my feet all day. I will go to see my Dr. Soon to discuss my achy body. After a lot of research and hearing reviews I opted for this product and Can I tell you how glad I purchased and started. I did the recommended loading dose to start for day 1 and 2 of 3 tablets. My tummy is a little bloated but my aches and joints are like 75% gone. Day 3 I will go to 2 tablets once a day and see how I do. But WOW!!!! What a difference. THIS PRODUCT IS A WIN!! It's not the cheapest but Def worth the $$. My knees ache when I run. As soon as I start taking these pills, a few days later the pain goes away. I love that they have turmeric in them because they have found that it is very effective for joint health . The only downside is you have to take three pills and they aren’t small. But that is no different than any other joint pills I’ve taken in the past. Highly recommend.

I use this to keep my 14 y.o. Aussie moving. He has arthritis from years of frisbee. This helps keep inflammation and pain down to keep him mobile and happy. With the help of this supplement and some mushroom extracts he is still enthusiastic to go for 2-3 mile walks every day.

Why is it no longer available?!?! Was the only thing that helped me. In day 1 I took the double dose (6 pills a day) since I was having almost unbearable pain after having injured my shoulders (tendinitis), and so far is the only thing that has relieved me of months of pain and discomfort. I have reordered this 4 or 5 times in almost 5 months. The pills are big, especially if swallowing 6, but when you’re tired of so much pain and discomfort, you just swallow. The best Glucosamine I have come across.

I usually don't have an issue swallowing large tablets, but these are a challenge. It was difficult for me to swallow them just using water. I tried breaking them up which worked but was a pain plus I hate the taste. I have found that taking them with V8 makes the swallowing easy. I'm sure any viscous liquid would work. Don't know if it will work for you but it certainly worked for me. Still too early to give a fair review on the effectiveness but it seems to be helping.
