BrooksWomen's Ghost 14 Neutral Running Shoe

I had a pair of Ghost 14s that I'd worn out. This recent pair I went with a Wide and oh my goodness, it's made a huge difference. I usually wear insoles to help with flat feet and prevent plantar fasciitis - the first two weeks I barely noticed I hadn't switched my insoles over. The Wide width toebox gives my feet room without feeling like they're sliding around and by using the snuggest top hole, helps control for my narrow heels (my feet are odd - C/D width across the balls of my feet, narrow width heels).I slipped them on right out of the box and they felt amazing. I didn't feel like I had to "get used to them" or break them in. I did swap the laces for some printed flat laces and that was mostly easy - one or two eyelets needed a bit of work while threading the laces, but as I change my laces rarely, I don't see this as an issue. I wear these to the gym for strength training and occasionally out if I'm walking a lot.I'm also grateful I managed to catch these on sale - they're worth it at full price, but on sale just makes the purchase all the better!

I am absolutely thrilled with my experience with these running shoes. As someone with a high arch and a narrow heel, finding footwear that provides a comfortable fit without the need for additional inserts has been a real challenge. However, this running shoe has proven to be the perfect solution I've been searching for.The fit is nothing short of amazing. The high arch support is spot on, minimizing discomfort and fatigue during runs. Additionally, the design that accommodates narrow heels is a game-changer. I no longer have to worry about slippage or discomfort caused by an ill-fitting shoe.If you're someone with high arches and a narrow heel, I recommend giving these shoes a try. They have truly made a positive impact on my running experience.

This is my fifth pair of Ghost Brooks sneakers. I always go up a half size. So normally I am size 9, but I purchase 9.5 Medium in these. I have deep arches and a regular sized foot. I feel the support of the shoe with my arches is very supportive. I use them for walking about 3 miles per day at a good clip! I do have to replace them about every 5-6 months. I always keep my old ones for around the house or working in the yard. My only complaint is (and this goes for every fabric top sneaker in the market) my big toe rips through the top of these. It's how I walk apparently! I have tried many brands and this always happens. It's really annoying! I do still buy these Brooks shoes everytime still. They have a lot of nice colors and I feel like they are staying with the times and coming up with cool new designs! I do recommend these to all my friends!

These are my go to shoes 10/10! They offer great comfort and support for workouts as well as daily use. I haven't found anything that has come close. These shoes were originally recommended to me by orthopedist after I injured my MCL on one of my runs. After the injury it came to light that the shoes I had been using was the culprit as it had not been providing me with any support.

After doing a ton of research I decided to try these running shoes for walking. I walk 4 miles in them almost every single day and they are so incredibly comfortable. I've worn other brands like Nike and Adidas and for walking these are my favorite. Super comfortable and the Pink, Turquoise and Grey are a nice change from the usual and are not showing any dirt on them. Great purchase!

I usually go for the Brooks Glycerin running shoes, but I opted to try these Brooks Ghost running shoes instead. I’m so glad I did! These are much easier to run in and are much more comfortable. I also like the color combos better in the ghost than the glycerin shoes.I did size up a half size to give my toes a little more room though.

I purchased these shoes on a whim after seeing it highlighted on the Today Show. I have a long, narrow foot but also need a wide toe box. These Brooks shoes fit better than the New Balance I bought from a specialty store. Very happy with these shoes so far! Definitely take the advice of going at least a half size bigger than your normal size.

As a daily walker, I've purchased 4 other name brand tennis shoes since Spring, before getting these Brooks Ghosts 14 (this week). These are literally the BEST tennis shoes I have ever owned!! I walk 3.5 - 5 miles daily and experienced ZERO sore leg muscles unlike the other pairs I tried. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these!!!!! I'll be only walking in Brooks Ghosts from now on!!!

I bought these to replace a pair of Ghost Brooks which I've had for a few years, which incidentally are still in good conditionI ordered half a size larger and they are a perfect fitI use them for running and going to the gym.They offer great support and are light on my feet .I've used various brands over the years but have found Brooks to be the best fit and comfort for me. They are also durable .Would highly recommend

These must be the most comfortable and supportive trainers I've owned. I have high arches and planters facetious. I can be on my feet for hours now, including walking, without suffering the pain I did with every other shoe I've tried over the years. I wish I had these way back when I worked as a nurse!

My favourite running shoe, absolutely love these. I got a size up from my shoe size and they fit great. They are very light and so comfortable I could wear them all day.

Comfortable trainers with lots of cushioning. I had to get a 5.5 normally a size 4.
