I purchased this unit to replace a failed unit for my golf caddy cart. I have been using it for a few months and it works great.

It works perfectly for all the lithium batteries I have and super easy to store away

I got a 12 volt motorcycle lithium battery. But I don't own a motorcycle I'm actually using the battery for a headlight and tail light system on a bicycle. So I need it a different way to charge the battery so I bought this and it works great the light comes on to tell you when it's ready to charge goes out when it's done easy to use

This does charge lipo4 batteries, but gets extremely hot doing so. I opened one up and it has an internal heatsink that has no way to cool off. Once they get really hot it seems like the plastic might melt. I modified mine by cutting some of the plastic away and attaching 12mm square heatsinks with cooling fins and now they get warm, but not hot. When they used to get hot they couldn't finish topping off a 20ah battery from 90% to full in 3 or 4 hours. Now they will take that same battery from 90 to 100 in 30 to 40 minutes.

We recently added 12v 18AH lithium phosphate batteries to our Pride travel pro mobility scooter (S36) but we needed a charger! The first one I ordered did not work it had the XLR attachment, but it did nothing. Frustrated I went to Auto Zone and bought a advertised battery charger and maintainer it had alligator clips so I was sure that was the ticket. Nothing! So then I ordered this one fully prepared to once again return something. Well I hooked it up it is a little slippery to place the clips as they have some sort of shiny silicone something but it’s not a deal breaker . Once clipped on the light turned red , I was happy but said the proof is in the pudding so I set the clock for 2 hours as the batteries weren’t dead . 2 hours later I checked the battery was fully charged . Now I have to charge the other one. I wish this company would make one with a xlr so I could charge both batteries at once but I plan to buy a second one I. The interim.The box that came is so small like a cellphone box. It’s very light. And it works . For this I am happy

No frills product here. Not a fast charger, no bells or whistles, but it gets the job done and stays cool while doing it. I like the way the alligator clips are covered with the insulating plastic. The value for the money was the biggest selling point - I paid $20 for mine.

This product charges only a little over 3 volts not 14. I wish I would have tried it before the return window closed.

Works as expected, I bought a new lithium battery and was not sure the level of charge. battery was fully charged in a matter of hours.
