Problematic
I received a pencil for which the twister doesn't work. So I could use the product just once. And now the entire pencil is a waste.Though the money is not big, this is not a good experience.

Color is beautiful dark brown glides on smoothly but it keeps breaking while applying ,gets broken easily product gets waste by that way.

The rotating bit doesn't work
After using the first couple of times I had to throw it cause the lip liner was stuck and the rest of it just wouldn't come up. I bought this in two shades and both of them had the same problem
