Perhaps the name might make people think this is a Male Sexual Enhancement suppliment, but it's really just an Ok multi-vitamin geared toward men_ I say just 'Ok' because it could be better, but it does give you a decent dose of B Vitamins along with some more exotic goodiesI took Super Macho as my multi-vitamin when I first got into supplimental nutrition_With the other specialty suppliments I was adding and taking I still needed a Once-a-Day Men's Multi-Vitamin that was decently well rounded to boost my basic vitamins and I went with Super Macho until I could study around and find the best Multi for myselfI don't take SM now, as I have found my Eureka Multi, but I do recommend it if you are just starting out, getting into supplimental nutrition_It boosts your fundamendamental stuff while offering some extraWhile you search and study about other Multi's and ingredients and supplimental choices which may be tailored more specifically for yourself - Super Macho will do you good as a basic Men's MultiFor those that don't wanna get all into suppliments too much but just want a decent all around men's multi... then SM can fill that void

I'm pushing 40 and don't have the energy I used to. This works well enough that I am afraid it will become a crutch as I'm using it on a subscription basis now. I definitely know when I'm taking this supplement and when I am not. I am convinced it levels out my testosterone when it would otherwise be on the lower end. I bought these on a lark initially one day in Rite Aid in the clearance section but I really do like this product and I haven't found anything else that compares. I'm pepped to go to the gym, have higher sex drive and have fewer hangovers after drinking (the latter due to the "B" vitamin in these). Give it a go.

When I open the bottle to use, these vitamin were glued to each other , I couldn’t separate them.

Good B complex supplement, the brand suggests other kind of super benefits but in reality is only a B complex supplement overall is a good and complete one and help to recover some of your dead horses :)Good value for the money and help with your low energy levels and mood no taste at all if you swallow the tablets quickly.
