This has truly helped me get a basic understanding of my fertility. As someone with PCOS trying to conceive it can be difficult, as I am also using OPK tests but want to confirm my ovulation as well since I have a tendency not to ovulate or have irregular periods sometimes due to high levels of stress. I have done other hormone tests/labs but had never had my progesterone tested before and after having a chemical pregnancy I became worried it might have been my that caused it. But the proov strips have given me some peace of mind in regards to my levels as they seem to be at a good level during implantation even if I didn't conceive my first cycle using them. I didn't realize before buying these that they cap at 7 so initially I was worried so I may buy the complete tests soon but I am hoping we will have our baby soon❤️🌈

This product has been life changing in terms of figuring out my cycle more concretely, and using the app is a huge boost to my confidence when reading the test strips. That said, I’ve been using these tests since the very initial kickstarter campaign, and just recently they changed the packaging to something much more bulky and wasteful. It used to come in a small cardboard envelope that was discrete and easy to store and slip into a bag when traveling. Now, it comes in a bully cardboard box, with more filler cardboard to make the flat strips stand up so the box looks full. Not only is it wasteful, but now I have to find a place to store the boxes as they take up much more more room than a thin envelope. I ordered a four-pack and I’ve been hard pressed to find room to store them in my small bathroom. I will still order these because the product is unbeatable, but I hope they go back to the old packaging.

Don’t bother buying the 4 pack unless you have a 28 day cycle & plan to test 4 month in a row. Or unless you use more than 5 tests a cycle. You will only have 4 months to use them. The 4 packs are coming with 4 boxes but they all have an expiration of 1/2026. You don’t want to be stuck with a bunch of expired tests - they read falsely high once expired (had that happen with the last batch that expired in July).

I think when using this it must be kept in your mind that the results are for the day before. So if you get a blood test the next day it does not still prove it is not correct as levels fluctuate. I myself had a disappointing negative, went out and got a blood test and came back with very strong progesterone. When I tested the next day, sure enough the test came back strongly positive as well as it represents the previous days average levels as confirmed by blood tests. My results were strongly positive because I did have a pregnancy that did not last. I used to monitor progesterone the next week and saw that my results were no longer strong and unfortunately it resulted in a chemical pregnancy. I was thinking the results were wrong but found out they were not when my period came shortly after the sub par testing results. I have since have had very strong positive results so I have experienced both positives and negatives. There customer service is also extremely helpful and supportive.
