It's comfortable, the wheels are well oiled so it glides smoothly on hard floors. It is comfortable to sit on for long durations (as an online student who spends most time at the desk doing school work) it is more on the firm side but does have a bit of a bounce which can help when I am sitting for awhile or get distracted and need to bounce around a bit to keep blood flowing so I can focusing on work for a long period of time!

Now in my third year with this chair, I can confidently say it was one of my best purchases.I originally bought it to help with my posture—I was looking for a yoga chair that wouldn’t look too obvious but still be aesthetically pleasing. This one does sit a bit higher than your average chair, but I’ve loved it ever since.Everyone who sees it comments on its unique shape, and when I invite them to try a stretch, they always go, “This feels soooo good!”You can sit however feels best for you—just avoid perching on the very edge, since you might slip. Aside from that, I love doing a few simple exercises with it. I genuinely believe it’s a great tool for building core strength and even helpful for those with ADHD.

I'm glad I picked this over the other options that didnt have the full fabric cover.I think the cover makes it look better than a plain exercise ball and it's a nicer surface to sit on than rubber.I am over 6ft and the large size fits me great. However that also means I sit higher up than a normal chair and needed to adjust my desk height.So keep your desk height in mind, not just your height, when selecting a size.

Was having back problems so thought this ball would do the trick. Took about a week of adjustments (casters on, casters off, letting air out, letting more air out) but I think it'll work for me now. Ball was extremely hard after sitting on it for an hour or two & butt was sore! But now that some air's out it's a lot more comfortable. Still need to get used to it a tad more, though. It's still a little hard but afraid if I let more air out it'll fall through the frame. It is helping my posture but I still catch myself slouching. I do like bouncing up & down! I'm 5'4" & got the med size. I've locked the back 2 casters otherwise I've almost fallen sitting/getting on it. I also got a standing desk so I'm switching off sitting and standing. All in all, my back feels better with this than the chair I was previously using. (And theoretically I may even be burning a few extra calories!)

Ball is too small so when you try to sit on it the ball falls right through- got this to work on while pregnant and definitely not safe. We have reinflated multiple times and it works for a very short while then I fall straight through

UPDATE: After a weeks use and intentionally draining some of the air, I'm feeling much more comfortable on it. However it isn't really a slouch preventative, I still find myself slouching and reminding myself to straighten out. It's not so much a posture correcter, but a posture reminder- sure. I'll add a star.I had high hopes for this one because of the reviews, but its not quite hitting the mark for me. I am 5'3 and some change, I got the Medium but it seems to be too big as in order for my feet to touch the ground comfortably I have to sit lower on the ball and it feels like I'm going to fall off. If I sit higher on the ball it actually hurts my butt. Its very stiff, I don't know if it will get more comfortable after more use. It also smells really strongly of chemicals which I am assuming is from the actual ball. I am going to give it a few days, but I do think this one will end up being a return unfortunately.

I have a yoga ball chair at work and purchased this to use at home and love it. I bought the largest size as I have a bar height table. Now I can bounce to the music and not have the lower back pain from the old office chair. I love the cover and how easy it is to take off and clean if needed. You can also spot clean with baby wipes.

So easy to put together and use. Everything you need to assemble the base and inflate the ball is included. Easy to adjust the firmness of the ball. The fabric cover is a nice addition and way better to sit on than the rubber ball. I wish I would have bought this sooner!
