O2 Oxygen Sensor Stepped Weld Bungs (5 Bungs/5 Plugs) M18 x 1.5

Perfect for adding a weld bung to oil pans.This is a great price, and high quality product that will drain faster than the normal 1/4"bungs used for such a purpose.Used on a gm 4T60E Tranny that has a very shallow pan; I was able to grind flush all the bung on the insideafter weld, and the plug was flush on inside with the addition of a copper compression washer.

Good threads, seemed well made. Welded in just fine, no serious distortion after welding. O2 sensor fit well. Nice having a 10mm head in case you really need to put some torque on it to get it off. Price seems good, too.I guess in some cases you might want a copper washer to go with this, so keep that in mind.

Used a stepped drill bit worked great. Then cleaned exhaust around hole. Put a plug in a coated around plug lightly with cooter snot put a wet rag on exhaust after welding 1/4 of the way around ( mig) and let it cool in between. 0 warpage. Happy with it and have extras. Chevy k1500 98

All of the threads on my set were good. They are thin and low - which is what I wanted - so you have to know what you're doing when welding them in. Weld them with a plug installed with some anti-seize and weld slowly. They won't warp if you're careful. Don't weld with a sensor in the bung.

These are what they say they are. Weld in o2 sensor bung. Fits most O2 sensors, but not all. Quality product and great value for a 5 pack with plugs.

Used flux core welder to weld into pipe. Screw in plug a bit when welding so as not to damage threads with weld splatter. No complaints.
