Just like the medical supply but $127 less. Great quality and durability. I've used this for years and only replaced Tham when recommended. Very easy to clean and comfortable to wear. Just takes a weekend to get used to.

Theses do not rotate freely. Terrible workmanship!
The tubes themselves are fine. The elbow is the worst. The holes are not large enough/many enough to allow the right airflow AND the elbow is too short of a radius so it hangs up on your nose piece AND it won’t rotate because it is made with such sloppy tolerances that it gets in a bind.Please please please. Save yourself some time and money. Get the original, calibrated elbow from Resmed that has the proper rotating part. It’s cheap and you’ll sleep way better.You’re welcome. :)

Not So Good
Didn't like the part where it connects to the nose pillow. Packed them away after a few days and purchased an original replacement.

Perfect fit
I was concerned that these wouldn’t be the match for my tubes but they are a perfect fit. They have no smell and work as expected. Snapped into place and stay connected firmly.

As good or better than resmed
I bought this because Resmed discontinued the swift fx nano. This aftermarket part is excellent. I have been using it for 5 months and it works perfectly. Zero or one on the leak. Highly recommended.
