Great office book club read
My team recently read *The Thin Book of Trust* together, and it proved to be a valuable and engaging experience. This book, with its concise and straightforward approach, offers an accessible yet profound exploration of trust. Despite its brevity, the content is rich and impactful, making it a quick yet meaningful read. The book served as a catalyst for a thought-provoking group discussion. We found ourselves delving into honest and vulnerable conversations about trust within our team. It helped us identify areas where trust is strong and highlighted aspects where it can be improved. This shared experience not only deepened our understanding of trust but also fostered a stronger sense of connection and openness among us.Overall, *The Thin Book of Trust* is a highly recommended read for any team looking to enhance their trust and collaboration. Its simplicity and depth make it a powerful tool for fostering genuine and productive dialogue.

Simple easy to understand framework
I first read this 4 years ago, and instantly appreciated Feltman's very simple framework - Sincerity, Reliability, Competent and Caring. I'm a leadership/executive coach and have used this concept with my clients and it is easy for really understanding when there is a lack of trust.Plus the fact that it is "thin" makes it approachable for busy people who do not read much.

Good time investment to read
I would say this is one of the most useful books I’ve read for the amount of time I spent reading it. It’s around 75 pages and has so much useful information packed into it. I would recommend it to most people who work in a corporate environment.

Best book on trust
Charles Feltman has written by far my favorite and most useful book on trust. (I would put “The Four Stages of Psychological Safety”, by Timothy R. Clark right beside it).Feltman provides an excellent definition of trust (I’ve heard Brene Brown quote him) and the book really is thin, yet filled with the most practical information on trust I’ve found anywhere. If trust is important to you, this is a book you must have in your reference library.

insightful
Having gone through some trust issues in a recent work engagement, my boss recommended this book. It has been a revelation. I now feel I have a good understanding and tools to build trusting relationships from several perspectives.

Concise. Useful.
I bought this after Brene Brown interviewed author Charles Feltman. The book is concise, readable, well written. I feel that it is aimed more at managers than individual contributors. I wish the section on confronting distrust with a manager had more content.
