Perfect replacement for Eljer touch flush toilet
Bought this set to fix an older toilet in our home. After spending money on various "one size fits all" solutions, I decided to get this kit. It worked perfectly for our Eljer toilet. The included chain was a little hard to put on to the flush assembly, but other than that it was a smooth replacement. My only other gripe is that the plastic piece that holds the flush handle in place is a hit or miss installation. Once you have pushed it through the port in the tank, it is set for good, so be careful when installing the handle. Word of caution from a guy who is definitely not a plumber.

Does the trick
Needed a replacement for my parents 70’s toilet, the big box stores didn’t have anything that would work. Keep up the great job Amazon, can always find what I need.

Replaced wire lift
bought this on a chance it would replace a wire lift ball on a 1964 corner triangle tank eljer. Read about it on youtube video.Not impressed with the handle and it would not work on my application because of size of tank. Am very happy with flapper parts, toilet flushes with ease. Fourty years of aggravation gone. If you are not really handy I would have a plumber install as tank will have to be removed.I guess the real story will be how long it lasts.08/2020 still working

repair/replace flapper arm set up in a older toilet model, it was a great to find this vs replacing the whole toilet! Couldn't find this part anywhere but on amazon!

Back in business
Removed the old one . installed this new one .in about 20 minutes .drain tank and ect . After installation .was back in business as I said .not hard to install .

The only one that fit my old Eljer Toilet
I looked all over the place, home depot, lowes, plumbing supplies Ace Hardware etc. everyone said you'll have to change the toilet. As a last resort I searched on Amazon and this one looked just like the one we had so I ordered it. It fit perfect and works perfect. I did not need the ball float, only used the fork shaped plastic thing, the bracket, the chain & washers. Saved me from having to purchase a new toilet.

Good Replacement Kit
Purchased this kit because the plastic flapper mount that is secures to the tank bolts had snapped in my toilet. Was able to remove the tank and install the flapper and mount from this kit without issue. The packaging of this product is very difficult to open. Use care to extract the various pieces. The instructions are minimal at best. For example, the flapper is protected by a plastic housing, but the instructions do not mention removing it. New tank bolt hardware and a new tank to toilet ring may also be necessary.

Perfect Fit
This was a perfect fit for this older toilet which was quit surprising. Comes with any piece you may use to fix a problem relating to handle flush. I didn’t need to replace the hold down clip, so it was an easy and quick job.
