a lot of people complaining because they are using the long incense with the sticks. this was designed with the shorter, Japanese style stickless incense, such as Morning Star. I'm a huge fan of morning star incense and had that in mind when buying this. It fits perfectly! Consider a separate holder for your long incense as this won't catch any ashes. Or, pick up some Morning Star incense cause it's amazing and a great deal.

Got this for my friend for her birthday and she loved it, it’s small and perfect for your car to get smells out/ vibes. Love this!!

The hole where you put the incense in is very shallow. Burning long incense in it will leave ashes outside of the catch tray.

Item arrived quickly and is very cute but ultimately too small. When using a regular incense stick, the ask just falls around the incense dish and not in it. The hole for the incense stick was also too small and very shallow. Works fine for the incredibly tiny incense they send with it. But those burn in a matter of 2 minutes and don't even smell good.We decided to keep it anyway because my husband was able to make the hole deeper and bigger with his diamond drill bit.Overall, wouldn't recommend this product. Burning my own incense in picture but placed the small ones next to the regular box of incense for comparison.

The hole for the incense is on an angle so you cant use it without the incense making a mess everywhere outside of the holder. it doesn't work like the pictures.

Doesn’t hold it at right up as pictured - holds it at an angle so the ashes fall on the table’s . Had to put a tray under it.

Love the quality, the painting is done well and has nice details. The build quality is good too.Only issue I have is the incense stays straight up, I woudlve preferred the base to have been smaller, maybe a circle, it fit around the mushroom since it doesn’t catch much ash anyways. I put a little tea light candle in it to make it look less empty
