Very good for the price, gets the job done for a lot less than any plumber call out cost (as long as you can put up with the smell...). Only gave it 4 stars though, as it was about 50cm shorter than what I needed to clear a section of pipe through my garden. I've just bought another, so I can extend it further.

supposed to be flexible but I had a problem trying to rod the soakaway drain pipes as they were too close the the house wall I had no way of bending the rods to ease into the drain pipe to clear the obstruction. other wise I feel they are value for the money.

Nice but 1 rod busted when used it

Drain rods seem well enough made at a cheap enough price. I’m a DIY’er not using them often. No idea if more expensive ones work better, cannot imagine they do, just follow instructions so they don’t come apart during use.
