Very VERY flimsy. You have to put one hand underneath the plate to make it firm enough to push any LEGO on (except for the bottom plate as that’s already on a hard & firm surface). This makes it not very user friendly for little kids.It comes apart too easily. I’m always having to push the plates back onto the posts.Not all LEGO attaches to it easily. LEGO figures, since they only have 2 feet, or small individual blocks attach easily enough. But anything bigger than that, for example my son made something on a smaller base plate, it’s almost impossible to attach it. I have to wiggle it on until it eventually snaps into place. My kids (4 and 6yo) can’t do it. I think the connectors are probably a tiny bit out on spacing compared to LEGO brand. Not sure I would buy this again.Great idea. I really wanted it to be great. But it’s not. Wish I could get a LEGO brand one. Im sure the quality would be better and at least LEGO would actually fit properly on it.

Unable to set item up as described or shown in pictures because it is extremely flimsy low quality you will need to purchase $50 worth of Lego Duplo to support an item like this since they do fit well together. Some of the bricks were really loose and would not fit at all straight out of the package as if they were Used or old or just not made well. I recommend not using this item like described or as shown in the pictures because it will break the large plates they are very flimsy and need more support best to use as a one level play area A few other reviewer’s recommend gluing it down to a old children’s table top for more support if you like but there are cheaper options to purchase if I will use it for this

I debated on purchasing this, since there are a lot of mixed reviews on how well this works as a "roof" and comments on needing a Lot of blocks to really make it worthwhile. But no other company makes baseplates/roofs this big, that I could find at least, and it seemed like too cool a product to pass up!Today was our first day playing with this set, and my toddlers had a blast. Having a large baseplate really made a difference in how they play with the blocks.We currently have around 250 Duplo pieces (plus this set), most of which went into the creation pictured, so I'd definitely agree with needing a lot of blocks if you are building a "house."The reason the bottom only clings to blocks around the outer edge comes down to a design flaw - the circles are in a square grid, rather than offset like the orange block pictured. Blocks can fit into it, but will not cling except along the outer edge. My kids (ages 2 & 3) haven't been interested in making a multi-story house yet, but if/when they get to that point I'll probably end up gluing the stackable baseplates to the bottom so that it clings in both directions. Assuming there isn't a better "roof" out when the time comes

Don’t buy if you wanna build towers up, as this doesn’t hold at all and easily collapses. When building up towers, the bricks don’t hold on the bottom of the plate. My 40 year old gets frustrated when her towers keep falling (that would be me!). My 4-year old has cried tears over her towers falling.If you are ONLY going to use as single base plate, these are ok. Not as good as the LEGO/duplo brand for building as they are more flimsy and I can flex the plastic plates a helluva lot more.Overall, bricks don’t hold as tightly on these plates (top or bottom of the plates) as true LEGO brand plates due.I would NOT buy again.

These base plates are not Lego, but are perfect to use as a base plate or as a huge plate. They are thicker, sturdier on their own, and two can be used together with a thin brick to make an ultra stable platform. I have gotten three of these packs now and stick them together with Lego bricks to form a huge square to build a based on. Definitely better quality then the base plates Lego makes which do not have anything to click together on the bottom to make them sturdier.

Strictly Briks Classic Baseplates 10" x 10"07 Glow in the dark , ... tough it will glow stronger as a lego glowing spider but Baseplate 10 x10 glow weak. Will post picture with a light and with out a light so you guys can see the different. It will be nice to find a baseplate glowing strong as the spider. :-)

Only partially compatible with Lego/Duplo, and barely compatible with itself - the pin depth is so shallow they hardly hold together.

These are perfect base plates for all your Lego... er... stacking brick playsets. There's 1 plate and 10 tall bricks of each color for a total of 4 plates and 40 tall bricks. This allows you to have four corner columns and one support column in the center. They interlock with other "popular" brick building sets... *cough* Lego *cough* ... but they are much more cost effective!

One of the worst products i bought on Amazon! Very unstable, keep braking non stop! Ones you do all levels and start to put mini figures on it, it just crash. My son was just getting frustrated with it and i need to keep fixing it for him:( Better safe and buy original!

Excellent service and perfect bricks to supplement my small granddaughter's lego - she loved the colours too as she thinks the lego range is too"boy" (she has a point). She's nearly five and managed to join two base plates then make different rooms in a 'house' for her lego characters. Delighted with this purchase. Thank you.

A great way to add fun to your brick play! These can be stacked up and used for endless fun with all your favourite brick toys. Compatible with Lego. My 9-year-old son loves it!

Falls over very very easily but I guess that’s half the nature of Lego. My son uses them a lot and really enjoys them. Great fit with Lego pieces as well which doesn’t always happen with generic brands.

Okay. Not very glow in the dark. More pillars needed for stability and you cannot buy those separate!
