Efficient and quality product

Nice for light duty cleaning
This is my second Inse vacuum. My other lasted just over 2 years, and I used it daily. The suction isn't great for pet hair on rugs, but I'm reminded that it is basically a power sweeper. My only concern with the design is the on/off button. It's located on the handle, so you have to watch where you place your fingers.

I like that it is lightweight but the power fell short of the hype!! Not worth the price!! I Def. Expected better

it does ok, however the suction power leaves a lot to be desired, and the battery lasts maybe 15 minutes at full power

Inexpensive, easy to operate and does what I want it to do!
For the price it is a handy helpful tool. I can zip through surface cleaning of my hard floors and area rugs in 30 minutes on high speed. That is about 2500 sq. ft. I do use a regular vacuum twice a week for heavy duty cleaning as I have 5 cats and a dog in the house. I bought this to lessen my cleaning time and it is my go to for quick pick up of spills and tracking cat litter and other little messes. It converts easily with it's parts, easy to clean filters. The battery charger quit after two months and I contacted customer service and they sent me a new charger asap. The best customer service I have ever had, just terrific. I can not say enough good things about their product support!!

Suction isnt that strong
I like that this vacuum cleaner is light weight and I've used it for abour 4 months now but my issue is that its suction isn't as powerful. I've had issues with it the past 2 months +poor battery life and I'm considering getting a different one at the moment. I would advice other people to invest in an expensive one for the long run than buy something fast and easy for the time being.
