We bought 2 faucets for a guest bathroom upgrade. The quality and style were as pictured online and they were a great price. One of the faucets had a very slow leak which was not noticed for months because this room is rarely used. We contacted Heyalan and they responded quickly, replacing the defective unit free of charge. It has been installed and there are no problems with this unit. These faucets are not the quality of higher end brands, but they are certainly a good quality for the price which suited our needs.
