Not well written. Repetitive many times. Needs better explanation and diagrams.

Small book, quick and easy read for an introduction to Sashiko. Larger print makes it easier to read and photos included assist in learning.

Not really a step-by-step guide as title states; presumes knowledge of terminology, and how to do sashiko by the reader. I am an absolute sashiko beginner and was disappointed. Did not inspire confidence to start, and not more informed than before I read the small book. Mostly projects and those actually do seem good... once you figure out how to do sashiko by other means.
