Works well and isn't sticky.
Works very well. I've used several hyaluronic acid products over the years, and they can do wonders as long as they're used correctly in line with what's best for your skin.Hyaluronic acid can cause skin to dry out very quickly (so it can do more harm than good when applied on dry skin), which is why it's best to use it on damp skin and with a moisturiser. It's also why this cream, although still technically a moisturiser, can feel as though it's sucking out all the moisture from your pores. It isn't water-based, gel-based, or oil-based - and it's rather heavy compared to moisturisers that are. Not ideal for those with oily or dehydrated skin (gel-based is better here).Although I did find it moisturising, the effect is very short-lasting. For those with dry skin, I'd definitely recommend using an additional oil-based moisturiser with it. I usually apply it when my skin is slightly damp, wait for it to fully absorb (about a minute), then apply my water-based moisturiser on top. I haven't had any flakiness or clumping issues.I've been using it for almost four weeks and I've noticed a slight improvement in my wrinkles and fine lines across my cheeks and forehead. It needs a bit more time, but it's looking quite good so far!Bear in mind though this is not a good option for acne-prone skin. It contains glyceryl stearate SE, cetereal alcohol, and stearic acid, which are all comedogenic ingredients that would likely trigger a breakout in product acne.Overall though, a very good addition to your skincare regime if used correctly! I'd be happy to recommend it.If this review helped, please click on the ‘helpful’ button to let others know! Thanks ツ

Too drying for me
This moisturiser comes in a good sized tube, and is well packaged. It is lightly scented, and smells quite nice.I found I didn't need to use lots to cover my face. But I'm afraid that's where the good experience ended. After using it, my skin didn't feel moisturised at all; it felt stiff and still dry.I found I had to use another moisturiser on top, which is not ideal. Even with that, my skin still felt stiff and much worse than if I had just used my normal moisturiser. If I only had the choice between this cream and not moisturising my face, I would probably chose to do nothing. And I moisturise every day!

Some pluses here - but not keen on the fragrance...
This vegan, cruelty free, paraben and sulphate free UK made daytime moisturiser from Skin Superfood arrives in a handy tube inside a sealed, recyclable cardboard box. This moisturiser feels much thinner than my regular day moisturiser.I felt this cream - more of a lotion - is quite strongly fragranced - and isn't a smell I was all that keen on. I'd advise shaking the tube prior to application as initially I didn't do this and the product came out very thinly.I like the fact that this moisturiser contains hyaluronic acid and it did make my facial skin feel hydrated. It absorbs relatively easily - not as quickly as some moisturisers I've used. The price is reasonable but I found the fragrance a little off-putting and the richer day creams I tend to use absorb better and somehow feel more nourishing on my dry-ish skin.

it's dry for my skin
The cream felt light, easy to apply. it says superfood but I am not sure what so superfood about it other than the minimizing the use of paraben and sulphate. it is still perfumed, although not strongly.Applied it after cleansing my face, toner and serum. it felt really dry and tight, I had to put another moisturiser on. I don't feel my skin being hydrated at all. Tried it for a few days, thinking I would get used to it but it didn't feel comfortable without putting on another moisturiser as it felt really dry. Gave up using it in the end.

Not overly keen, although some may like it
This did have a good, although short-lived, moisturising effect, but it was too heavily fragranced for my liking, and I found that it left a slightly sticky residue on the skin which I didn;t like. I didn't find it as drying as some hyaluronic acid products, and for some that might be a bonus.I don't think that I'll use it again, but it might appeal more to other people.

Convenient size
I have oily skin with some areas on my face are quite dry and this suits my skin. Comes in a 60ml squeeze bottle, handy travel size and I just followed the instructions on the packaging. The cream helps moisturises my face, using it twice a day (morning and night). Not had any problems / reactions or irritations. Absorbs real well into the skin, very soft and gentle upon application. Leaving my skin feeling soft without any oily sensation. The cream has a smooth yet thin texture to it, massages effortlessly into the skin and a little bit goes a long way. Has a very pleasant but subtle fragrances to it. Leaving my skin feeling refreshed.Used twice a day, excellent coverage, no adverse reactions. The price fits my budget. Definitely recommend
