Ever Dixie USA Dixie EMS Pediatric Size Blood Pressure Cuff

My wife, who was medical assisting training, purchased this for my son whose BP was elevate at his last check up. His doctor recommend that my wife take his BP at home (knowing about her training). This cuff worked perfect ... his BP was fine. Also, this worked out great as training for my 3 year. At his 3 year check up, he would be getting is BP checked so this was a great way to "train" him with this cuff.

Bought this as part of a doctor kit for my son's birthday. My son has a minor orthopedic problem which requires a lot of doctor visits. I couldn't just buy him a "toy" doctor kit, he had to have the real deal. This BP cuff was medical grade, looks just like any cuff that you'd see at a doctors office. This was a huge hit in the toy kit as pumping up the cuff is always something he is trying to do.This also functions well as a real BP cuff and not just a toy :)

I am a pediatric home health nurse and needed a blood pressure cuff to carry on my bag. This blood pressure is easy to set up once it is out of the box and is up and running in minutes. The cuff comes with a carrying case which makes it easy to store and take along with you. The cuff is small and I would commend it mainly for pediatric use. Overall this was a great purchase and I would recommend it to others!

I got this product for a different use than to read a child's blood pressure. I use it to engage my neck muscles to make the engage correctly after my car accident. This product works perfectly as I need to pump it up to about 80...then look at the have to use my neck muscles to move the needle and do my exercises. It's the perfect size and I didn't want to spend a ton of money for an exercise device.

I bought the adult size and I figured why not buy a pediatrics size. I'm in nursing school and I have been using this on my kids, their friends and anyone that have a child that I encounter (neighbors, family, friends family, etc..) with their parent's permission of course. Im not sure if you just get a random box but I got a PRIMA CARE brand with a storage case case. For the price, so worth it! Practice makes perfect!

I bought this for my 7 year old's play doctor kit so I don't care if it works, but this thing seems a little cheap. The cuff is so tiny that it doesn't fit even my 4 year olds arm. I know how to take blood pressure but this cuff can't work correctly because the Velcro lets go after you begin to inflate the cuff. It is fine for a toy but I don't think I would try to buy and use for real.

Do NOT buy this item. I'm a healthcare provider so listen! There is no zero on the dial and therefore no valid instructions to calibrate this BP cuff. An approximate 20-30 mm Hg variation for some can potentially be life threatening. I called the phone number from the manufacturer (EverDixie USA) on the box to resolve the issue and was told by (literally one of the top five most rude I've ever spoken with) customer service representatives "We probably sell that but I can't help you so you have to go to Amazon for help". ... You get the point. If a manufacturer designs, markets, and distributes a product it any member of a "customer service" team should be able to field an elementary 60 second question like this. Not only should Amazon not do business with a company like this, the company should not be able to sell healthcare products of any kind to a potentially less educated consumer than me. Just saying.

My daughter loves having an actual cuff to play doctor with. It is a little heavier than she is use to but the fact that it is real makes her feel extra special. The price was great (less that $10 at the time) and it does it's job. It also happens to come with a stethoscope! This made her even more thrilled, and me too. She feels like a real doctor/nurse (depending on her day). Definitely recommend.
